Cookie Policy

This page explains the cookies and similar technologies used on evolexa.com, what they do, and how you can control them.

Last updated: 1 July 2026

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, make them work more efficiently, and provide reporting or security information. Similar technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage also store data in your browser and are covered by this policy.

2. How we use cookies

Evolexa uses only a minimal set of strictly necessary cookies and browser storage entries. We do not use analytics, advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies on this website, so we do not display a cookie consent banner for non-essential tracking — because there is none.

3. Cookies used on this site

NameProviderCategoryPurposeDuration
_GRECAPTCHAGoogle (google.com / gstatic.com)Strictly necessarySet by Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact page to distinguish humans from bots and protect the form from abuse. Loaded only on pages that display the form.Up to 6 months
NID / other Google cookiesGoogleStrictly necessaryMay be set by Google in association with the reCAPTCHA script for security and anti-abuse signalling. Evolexa does not use these cookies for advertising or profiling.Up to 6 months

4. Browser storage (localStorage)

In addition to cookies, our back-end provider (Supabase) may store an authenticated session token in your browser’s localStorage if you sign in to a protected area of the site. This is not used on the public marketing pages.

KeyCategoryPurpose
sb-<project>-auth-tokenStrictly necessaryStores an authenticated session for the site’s back-end (Supabase) when a session exists. On public marketing pages no session is created, so this key is only present if you sign in to a protected area.

5. Third-party services that may set cookies

  • Google reCAPTCHA v3 — used only on the contact page to prevent spam. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts — used to serve the site’s typography. Google Fonts does not set cookies when serving fonts, but the request itself is subject to Google’s privacy terms.

6. How to control cookies

Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, disabling them may break site functionality such as the contact form. You can still control cookies and browser storage at any time via your browser settings. For guidance see:

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the site or to legal requirements. The “last updated” date above shows the latest revision.
